Long time, no see?
It's been well over a year since I posted, and what happened? The plague swept over every country on the planet. Okay, so it's all my fault! I promise not to do it again.
Since then, I've written the biggest work yet for me. A historical fiction of over 100,000 words. I've sent it off for formatting, and an artist is doing the finishing touches on the cover. I plan to enter it into the amazon.co.uk Storyteller competition if they hold one this year. It's set in the 1st century AD, and it covers the life of a Germanic slave. For about a third of the story, the slave (named Bern) travels with the man we consider St. Paul of Tarsus, but this version of the apostle shows the New Testament figure far less saintly than the Church paints him.
I've heard that controversy either sells or backfires. I'm hoping for the former, of course.
